AC/DC Vs. Norwegian Season-Ticket Holders

According to Buddstikka.no, the sponsors and season ticket holders with Norway's Stabæk soccer team are a miffed that they did not get the chance to take part in a ticket pre-sale for AC/DC's upcoming concert at Telenor Arena, which is where the team plays its home games. Season-ticket holders, some of whom have paid as much as 25,000 Norwegian kroners (approximately $3,900) to have the first crack at concert tickets at the venue, were denied the opportunity to purchase AC/DC tickets ahead of everyone else because AC/DC refused to allow anyone but the "real fans" to buy tickets (meaning that there would be no pre-sale at all).

Telenor Arena is located in the Bærum area, a suburb of Oslo, which is noted for being the most affluent and expensive of Norwegian municipalities. The suburb west of Oslo has a very posh image, and residents are often stereotyped as upper class.

Tickets for the UK tour go onsale on Friday, October 17 at 10:00 a.m.

Tickets for Rotterdam will go on sale on Saturday, October 18 and tickets for Antwerpen on Wednesday, October 15.

Tickets for AC/DC's only Irish concert will go on sale on "Black Ice" Irish release date, this Friday, October 17.
